I was in your store Sunday morning. It was not busy. There was one person at the front check out. She had a long transaction, looked like returns, she never looked up to see if anyone was even there. Probably could have stole the whole store, Why didn’t she look up, check for needed staff. By the time I got up to counter there were 7 customers in line, all of us very upset over such poor service. I was asked if I found everything. My answer was yes, except anyone to check me out, I am not a impatient person usually, but that was plain neglectful. Please ask your staff to be aware of backups, call for help, there are many other stores to buy your merchandise from. Not a happy customer, Kathy simmons

My husband visited this location on Oct 18 to buy me some birthday gifts. They asked an employee where they could find a certain item. She just pointed them in a general direction, and said “back there” He went to ask her for some help, but she ignored him, and went to help someone else. They hung around the same area for 20 minutes trying to get someone’s attention, but were ignored. They had just come from hiking all day, so they may have been a bit dirty, but your employees really need to stop judging people by how they look. He spent over $100, and probably would have spent more if someone had helped him when he asked. He used my rewards barcode, and if someone had looked at that earlier, you would have seen I’ve been diamond for years, and he wasn’t just there trying to cause trouble or whatever else is was you thought him and my 8 year old son were doing there.

Great customer service and I wasn't followed around like I've experienced at the location in Citrus Heights
