Salon Pennae

Pennae is amazing! She does a thorough consult and my answer is “whatever you think is best”… and it’s always perfect! I have curly hair and she can give me a style that is perfect either curly or straight. She is accommodating for appointments and I love that she checks in the day before to remind me of my appointment and what I ordered. I appreciate her kindness and caring and, even more, her skill!! Absolutely floored by the disgraceful and above all, completely inaccurate negative review in this comment section. I felt compelled to leave my own positive remarks to hopefully reduce the impact of the BS of that review. Pennae is a delight, and an expert at what she does. I have been going to her since 2020, and have seen her in every one of her locations (her home salon, W Suites in Rocklin and now her own salon). I have literally only had positive experiences. She has gotten the EXACT colour, cut and style that I have requested since the beginning. She doesn't try to do what she wants or override your requests based on her preferences; she listens, and tries to closely mimic references you show her. Additionally, she will give you recommendations for styles and designs that suit your exisiting hair and tastes. She's always on time, and keeps the salon in wonderful condition. I have been going to Pennae's since I was a little girl! She has done such a phenomenal job with my hair and she is such an amazing person. She always makes you feel at home while she is making you feel beautiful and confident. I literally fly home just so she can do my hair!!!
