Glossy Nail Spa

Can't say enough about how much I love this salon! I waited to do a review until I had been a few times. This is my third Mani/pedi (1 eyebrow wax) and I will never go anywhere else. The owners are a couple, and they are the sweetest people! They always talk to you with so much respect and care. So polite, best customer service! Prices are really great as well! My favorite is it is QUIET! They play massage music and landscape scenery on the tv- no tv shows, news etc. It's so peaceful and a great place to escape! My other favorite part is how clean everything is. The colors are neatly organized on the wall for you to see, and they have samples of every color on fake nails for you to see. P.S. they also do dip nails as well but I didn't like how it makes your nails feel like acrylic. I'll stick to my gel ;)

Best manicure ever! I have never had a better manicure than this place. I tried dips for the first time here and they lasted so long. I only got rid of them because my nails were growing out but otherwise my nails still looked perfect. I'm very hard on my nails with work and they didn't chip or discolor at all. Customer service was excellent and everyone there is so nice! It is the cleanest looking nail salon I have ever been to. I wont go anywhere else! Service: Manicure

I am so saddened to write this review about Glossy Nails in Rocklin but I feel that I need to speak up. Let me start by saying, I have enjoyed going to Glossy nails in the past and have received decent treatments. Kim (the owner) usually does my nails and I tip her $10 each time. The past couple of times that I've gone in for my fills, she has used old nail files during my fill which is not something I am ok with. In addition, it's illegal per the CA State Board of Cosmetology to reuse nail files on multiple clients. I didn't say anything because I like the way she does my nails, so I decided yesterday 3/14/22 to bring my own nail files and asked a different technician to please use my files. I'm not sure what set Kim over the edge but she lost it on me and kicked me out of the nail salon! She told me I was lying and insisted she has never used old files, which is NOT true! She has!! Why would I bring my own in if she hadn't? I was humiliated in front of many patrons while she screamed
