The staff at Shiny Nails are professional, kind and very good! This last visit I called spontaneously to see if they had any appointments left for the day and they ended staying open just for me. I highly recommend this shop.
Always perfect nails and a great pedi. They take the most care with cuticles and have the best gel application. I moved up to the city and if I need a great, long lasting application I still come down to Redwood City to go to Shiny.
Nice customer service, fast, but my manicure looks awful. I asked them to fix it because it looks sloppy (all over my fingers, bubbles, fuzz, streaks) but they did not really make it better. They also got lotion on my shirt, which stained. I do a better job at home, which isn't saying much. Would not come back.
