All I can say is don’t bother calling Primp. You never reach a real person, only an answering machine. I’ve left messages during business hours explaining that I’m looking for a new hairdresser and leaving my name and number but no one calls back. I can only believe that they are not looking for new clients.
Lindsey gave me a very nice cut and dealt well with my curls.
Had a great experience with Kate, she handled my thick curly hair really well. A bit pricey but it's worth it.
