I called and decided to make a last minute appointment for my mom..spoke to leticia and explained to her what I looking for.. Leticia did an amazing job..my mom loved and looked beautiful with her new haircut and colored hair❤️above my expectations!!

Went to get a trim off my long hair that I love and left with the worst haircut I’ve gotten in a while, I said I only wanted to lose some hair weight from the back and how I liked my top hair and she completely cut all my nice top hair and kept my sides way too long, left the salon super disappointed and lost my confidence now that I have horrible hair compared to what I had before.
