Full disclosure: I was forced to cancel my appointment so I cannot comment on their technique, only on their customer service which was horrendous. Originally the salon was highly recommended to me. I needed a bleach touch up and haircut. I called the salon and spoke with the owner, Paco, and ended up booking a haircut and color consultation with Joanna. I was quite excited! However, the very night before my appointment Joanna TEXTS me asking if she can reschedule me. Since I have four kids and needed to get a babysitter for this appointment in the first place, I said no I could not. However, I did ask if maybe she could do the bleach at the same time as the haircut and sent a picture of what my hair currently looks like. She then tells me she does NOT cut short hair. I said I never heard of such a thing with the hairstylist before, and that Paco never mentioned this when I booked my haircut as a new client. I love this place, and Paco is amazing. My hair was beautiful with more life after he cut my hair.

Paco and his team are great professionals. I have been coming here for years. Their keratin treatment is a must-have for freeze hair.
