This is an amazing place! Yani is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had in my entire life. She always listens and understands what I want. I considered her my friend. Highly recommended!

I've been to this salon a few times over the years. In the past, for color and cut when I lived closer to the area and after that, I'd make the drive from Koreatown for a vintage style on special occasions. I wanted to do so this time around for my 40th birthday next week. I reached via their scheduling app on Tuesday to request an appointment (I thought this was weird because most service businesses don't require a request-you pick a time and date, and it's booked). Cut to 3 days later, and I have never received a call, text, or email letting me know if my appointment was "approved". I called twice today during business hours, and no one picks up so I leave a voicemail letting them know I'm still waiting for a reply. Instead of a call back, I get a text simply saying my appointment couldn't be scheduled even though the stylist had that entire morning from 9am to 2pm open when I looked through their app. I just tried calling for a third time, and no one picked up yet again. I don't come her regularly because I usually get a haircut in whatever city I'm traveling to when I need one, but I've had excellent haircuts the few times I've stopped in. Last time I was here, Ginger did a fantastic job!
