Wonderful first pandemic pedicure at this place! They had an outdoor setup that felt comfortable and clean/safe and my pedicure turned out very nicely. I got an upgraded pedi that included a foot massage and extra scrubbing and it cost $45, which is more than I normally spend on pedis esp since I give at least $7-10 tip, but it had been months so it was worth it. Also worth it to go to a nice legit place. They take your forehead temp and have you sign something before you start the service too.

Cut skins while talking to co workers. No apology. Other nail shop clean if they cut she just ignored. If she didn’t see it then she should’ve not doing nail technician anymore. Not professional. They have mood changes. I am working in service industry for over 20 years but you can’t treat your clients under your moods.

I came to Lux Nail Spa for my wedding nails because I had previously had a great experience with them. For some odd reason they decided to have Jason do my gel manicure (he had no experience in nail designs). Even after I begged for my nails to be done properly and with care as these are the nails for my wedding day, no one seemed to care that he was not capable. Oddly enough I had a different nail tech to start but she switched with Jason to give him experience. All the other nail techs watched and chuckled at him. My manicure was a disaster and I ended up just getting plain gel nails with no design because he was not capable of doing any designs and the last nail tech there apparently couldn’t help him either. Normally I am all about helping others grow, but if I state my nails are for my wedding day and all the nail techs there still couldn’t figure out a way to switch me with a tech who was capable before they rushed out for the day, I lose respect for this business.
