Samantha clearly messed up Daysha’s hair by frying it off and doing a horrible job. Daysha has tried communicating through texts and Samantha has not tried to resolve this issue nor have tried to apologize for the horrendous job she did on her hair. DO NOT RECOMMEND SAMANTHA AT ALL. No customer service at all.

I am very disappointed with the way Samantha dealt with a customer. The customer left the salon heartbroken with her hair ruined. Samantha did not do a strand test and decided it was okay to blame the customer for her mistake. This is unacceptable for the price she paid and was denied a refund. Do not do business here.

Bought a Groupon, went in(nice place) to make the appointment, Samantha checked my hair out. Had to make an appointment for a month later. Showed up for my appointment, Samantha was 45 minutes late. Then she said there was a extra $60 fee. she did not disclose that a month prior when I came in to make the appointment. She blamed length so I said cut it off which was included in the deal, she said it will still be a $60 extra. Then she said it was because of the thickness(my hair is not thick), and the amount of product she has to use. I asked why she didn’t say anything to me when I came in to make the appointment, she said well it said On The Groupon there could be an extra fee, and people pay it. She did NOT say that when she looked at my when I came in to make the appointment. So I asked if she would meet me in the middle and throw a couple of streaks as to not have to use a lot of product.
