Seasons Salon Spa

The products are great but only two stars for two facts: Have to remind them that I’m a guy and my hair grow fast so need second coloring session very soon, and they lied by saying the picture I showed them on first visit was different than second visit and I’m 100% positive is the same picture.

My review is referencing the stylist (KC) and the young receptionist, not the salon in general. I'm sure the others are really great. The salon itself is aesthetically pleasing and decently done. I chose this stylist after reading about her years of experience and expertise. First time there, a few minutes early for my appointment to then wait 35-40 minutes late. Been to a lot of salons, I understand it's easy to fall behind but that's where professionalism could have replaced what actually happened, which was nothing. No sorry I'm a little behind, nothing. I sat in the lobby watching the stylists, not realizing KC was one of them directly insight, as I didn't recognize her from the website photo, she looked so different in person. There didn't seem to be any urgency at all as she paused, conversed etc. I only learned from the receptionist and asked her if it was normal for her to not keep her appointments like this.
