Heather responded promptly on Instagram to my haircut inquiry and squeezed me in a couple of days later. She listened patiently while I explained what I wanted and didn't like about my current haircut (from a different salon). She spent time analyzing my hair texture and face shape and discussed options with me. When actually cutting my bangs, she went slowly, starting longer and trimming off little by little until I was happy. Heather made me feel relaxed with her expertise and fun conversation.
