Kelsey did an amazing job on a color correction for me, in half the time it took my previous stylist to make me look like Strawberry Shortcake. My hair looks amazing! The salon was clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Todd Loza since he was barely out of school & still love him. The shop is always clean, neat & shows pride of ownership.

I give only 2 stars because I am not happy with my hair at all. Everything else about my experience at Harlo & State was great. I went in for a consultation with my stylist, showed her what I wanted to do. She said it’d be easy. My appointment was the next day. I went in and explained how the last lady who dyed my hair gave me highlights instead of balayage like I wanted. But I understood it’s a process going blonde, So I waited a year for my hair to grow out so I can do balayage. Long story short, Annica gave me highlights! And not good ones. Wish I would have said something to her about it while there. But even if I did would she be able to fix it without charging? Not sure but I’d definitely give them another shot, just not that stylist. The first picture is what I got. It’s not blended well. It’s splotchy. Looks nowhere near what I wanted. The second picture is what I showed my stylist.
