I had to find another nail salon, and I found this one. Ben's Nails, I absolutely loved the customer service I received when I called to make an appointment for the same day pedicure. Not only did I get a reminder call, but I was asked if I would like to come in earlier. When I arrived, the owner, Ben, greeted me as well as all of the employees who were working. I spoke to a couple of the customers, and one of them has been going to Ben's nail for 20 years, and the other has been for 10 years. The reviews I had read before I went were extremely high, so I decided to find out for myself. I also had my eyebrows waxed. Needless to say, I'm extremely excited about Ben's Nails. I told Ben I would definitely be going back. What really got my attention was that the employees knew every customers name, and they greeted them along with Ben, and they also talked with their customers. Now that's customer service.

My sister did her research and found this wonderful place. My family and I have been coming to Ben’s Nails for years now. The nail instruments are peel packed and the manicurist opens them right in front of you. This place is professional, clean, efficient and friendly. I love the way Elaine does my mani pedi! She works wonders! You can’t go wrong with any of these professionals here at Ben’s Nails. When I can’t have Elaine do my nails, I have another one of these great manicurists do my mani pedi and I always leave happy with how they have made my feet and hands look much better.
