Came here for lash extensions and didn’t get what I asked for, not even close! I left looking like I had just put on mascara and I spent $120 for my initial set. I was harassed and questioned over and over to purchase the “membership” I called to get my lashes fixed cuz they weren’t what I wanted and they said it would be free to “fix” them. I go home to find my debit card had been charged $50 after I had left. This place is a joke. I will never be coming back to this place.
I love this place! I’ve been coming here for several months now. All of my experiences here has been wonderful, from the receptionist to the lash techs. Piper is my new lash tech, she is absolutely amazing!! Very sweet and pleasant! No complaints with this location at all.
Ashley did an amazing job on my lashes! She’s always super friendly too. I’ll be going to her regularly.
