Amazing Lash Studio

Lashes were very sparse and majority were glued far from my eyelash line. Lashes started fall out the very next day. I tried a new place after going here only once and they charged half the price for 10x better quality with tremendously friendlier employees and caring service. So I never went back to this business yet 2 months after my service my card got charged for a membership. While I was confused I figured I could call them to get it fixed. I’ve called a total of about 20 times all during open hours and even left a voicemail so they could get back to me. It’s been over 3 days and I still haven’t been able to get in contact with them and nothing has been resolved. I could understand lack of experience as I don’t ever expect to love every thing I try but I do expect good customer service yet i’m getting absolutely zero service after an unauthorized charge to my card.

The first time I walked into Amazing Lash in RSM, I was very impressed by the very relaxing and calming ambiance!!! The studio was super clean too!!! Extra bonus!!! The front desk gal was so welcoming and kind!!! I felt like I was at a 5 star spa!!! My stylist is Monika and she is the best for sure!!! I’ve been getting my lashes done for awhile and she is really good at what she does!!! She does exactly what I want and my eyes don’t get irritated like at the other studios I went to!!!! Love love love my lashes!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
