Left with thick nails and terrible shape. The paint job was messy. Horrible communication. Pictures do not capture how bad they looked.
The gentleman did an amazing job on my acrylic I wish I would’ve asked for his name because I’ll definitely be going back. I also got a pedicure, the massage was amazing. Overall 10/10 service! Totally do not like my nails I was completely dissatisfied with my nails as they turned out much shorter than I expected. my pinky nail, I had expected all of them to be of similar length. Unfortunately, she proceeded to cut all of them without individually consulting me. To make matters worse, the final length was much shorter than what I had desired, especially considering the $60 I paid for gel press-on nails with polish. I felt completely deceived, and the level of customer service I received was extremely poor.
