I’m in the area only for a few months and I’m generally very reluctant at having my hair done at places I don’t know. But I really needed to retouch my color so I decided to try this salon and I wasn’t disappointed! I was attended by Tony who meticulously listened to my requests and performed them with extreme care and great results. I got baby lights and a bang cut. It’s not cheap as expectable in the area, but considering the amount of time and care they use with their customers is totally worth it. Recommended!

This place lacks patience to understand a guest haircut. There always in a rush and it sucks. You tell them something they do it completely different. And sometimes it feels a bit racist. They interact with people differently according to race, and it's not about them treating regulars differently, that's understandable. This feels very weird, they might have skills but going there it doesn't feel like they love their job. But if there's one guy who's amazing it's Toni he's a really wonderful guy, I used to go just for him but nowadays he works at Los Altos. But I hope they improve their haircuts for men , but if you're going to get a women's haircut this place is amazing.

I’m pretty disappointed. I had an appointment and came right on time and had to wait 20-25 minutes to get my hair cut. Then the lady who washed my hair told me it would be $65 for a cut and wash, but the gentleman who cut my hair said it would be $75. When I said the lady told me $65, he gave me a passive aggressive answer – oh well it’s usually $75 because your hair is so long, but if she told you $65 then it is what it is. I then asked them to cut-off 4-5 inches and he took off way more than that! I’m so upset that my hair is way shorter than I wanted it to be and I could almost cry since I took so long to grow it out and it’s way more than I wanted it to be. At first I thought it looked good, but when I left I realized it was much shorter than I wanted it to be and was almost taken aback at how short it is. I think they took off at least 7-8 inches. I’m just really surprised too that they go against what the customer asks for, and it seems like that’s a repeating pattern based off o
