I went to this salon for the first time today and can say I will be a returning customer. The service there is excellent the receptionist was very kind to me and very assuring. I got a pedicure and the man who was helping me was very kind and helped me reach my decision on the gel I wanted. And dont get me started on Pink who did my gel x she was so kind to me i have arthritis in my hands so getting nail enhancements is difficult but with pink she made it so much easier by being patient and gentle. I’m obsessed with these! Did the dip powder for the base and gel for the tips that they hand painted on. They always take their time and make sure my nails are perfect.

my friend and i decided to stop and get our nails done since we were in the area and wow at first i was quite excited as it seemed promising when entering into the store. it was packed with a lot of customers. however we were quickly greeted by a staff and it felt really rushed as if she wanted us in and out of the store. the longer we were there - the more concern we were. i walked in with dip powder and for my visit i wanted to shorten my nails, change of color, and design. during the whole entire visit not only did it felt like i was being rushed but at some point my technician had left me sitting there for 10-15 minutes with my fingers wrapped with acetone, foil, and hot towels on each hand. normally i would understand that it helps with removing some of my old color. however, she had already roughly filed them down and my nails weren't covered with colors at this point except maybe a small sliver on the sides. and as she was doing so i was in slight pain near my cuticles since it
