Hair International

Have gotten my hair cut here multiple times before, even colored about 6 months ago. The last time I went I got a haircut with Hannah and she did exactly what I was looking for. Showed her the reference pictures, and she gave me a wonderful haircut. Was very nice and made nice little conversation, which was perfect for me as someone who doesn't talk much. Would definitely recommend!

I have been to salons in 4 different countries and Hair International was by far the best. Mostly because I have been waiting my whole life to find a stylist like Tiffany. To be clear, I'm not big into hair stuff and I'm a bit clueless, but I want to look nice. I don't need a high end salon - I only get basic women's haircuts and I'm not interested in a "luxury experience" with a bunch of eighteen-year-old mean girls - but I need something better than the supercuts down the road. Hair Intl fits the bill perfectly. Tiffany clearly had a lot of experience. She was willing to chat, but didn't force it if I was quiet (introverted me was SO happy). She also told me the kind of basic information about my hair I wish I had learned 20 years ago, like, it grows kinda angling forward, so if you brush it back (against the grain) it will get more tangled; my hair is so fine and oily I should wash it every day and NOT do any trendy hair moisture masks; my bangs are never going to be manageable b

I’ve been coming to Hair International since my Stamford days 20 years ago. The place is completely changed. First, they have like 4 stylist for the whole place. It almost look closed. Lights are off and the place is empty. My daughter and I waited 2 hrs for our appointment. When we came in one of the stylists said he couldn’t do my hair if I wanted it shorter and he couldn’t do my daughter because she had bangs?!? What?!? I thought this was a haircut place. When we went to the front desk to express our frustration the girl told me I needed to “adjust my attitude”. I was totally calm just letting her know how I couldn’t understand the situation. She then said she would have to ask the other stylist if she could cut my daughter’s hair. Again so confused because we already had an appointment. At this point my daughter was incredibly uncomfortable and didn’t want to cut her hair anymore. Not that I can blame her. Summary TERRIBLE customer service and the best part is they don’t even care.
