Went in today with my mom, to get a color match for a foundation and we came across Laura. She’s so nice, so friendly, made my mom feel comfortable. Thank you Laura, we truly appreciated your help tonight. Happy holidays.

Went on Sunday around 2:30pm. It was super busy, which is expected. I make my way to the OSEA section. As I’m trying to read the details of a serum, I hear someone behind me say they’d slap their kid- so I kind of turn and see it’s an employee sitting on a stool in the aisle, and she’s complaining about the kids in the store with their parents while they shop. She said that parents these days don’t discipline their kids, if it was up to her they’d all get smacked, and how her kids Emerly and kinsleigh and Julie lee Bobbie poo would NEVER act like this. Turns out the employees name is Jasmine. And the only disruptive behavior in the store was hers. If Jasmine took an ounce of the energy she spends complaining and put it into work, she could accomplish a lot.

Makayla was extremely rude. As a manager in retail she did not want to hop on a register and because she had to over see the cashiers and had to do online orders. She couldn’t even acknowledge the customers and say “ sorry about the wait, I’ll be with you guys.” There was an elderly lady behind me waiting and I just thought she was so rude. First take care of your customers! The orders won’t go anywhere. Bring down the line and go back to your duties! Very unprofessional and disappointed.
