I'm making this short and semisweet. I went in today with high expectations. The nail tech took 3 hours to do a full set of acrylic nails- NO DESIGN!!! I was there from 10am to 1pm!!! My nails were horrible looking! She charged me $50 for a terrible job!! I had to run to another nail bar to get them fixed. And I tipped her too. I ended spending $130 on nails today all because she did a horrible job. I'm giving it 2 stars because her job was bad but she was very sweet.The place is beautiful. NO, I AM NOT GOING BACK .k.
I don't know who was working when I went in, but she was very rude and argued with me. I was excited because I saw they had great reviews and it was my first time going in, but I will definitely not return. I work in customer service and I will never treat my customers or future customers like this.
So good! I was referred here multiple times and finally went myself. Ivy did such a good job of taking her time and getting my full set perfect. She did Gel-X and I’m super happy with the natural look of them! Vicky did my pedicure and it was super relaxing. Definitely coming back for a mimosa and pampering day!
