Bruce was great and really made my hair feel better and healthier! I last got my hair cut in 2019 and he did a curly cut for me :) my favorite part is that he didn’t urge a conversation once I sat in the chair and I honestly loved the quiet time. I have social anxiety (and also a 6 year old who is never quiet) and this was truly a spa get away for the peace and quiet lol but if you want to chat he’s very sociable too :)
Very disappointed in Make-up session. Was told if I spent $60 on products I would be taught how to apply my makeup. Not true. At the end of the session the cost was over $200! Shame on you. Be truthful.
I don’t even know why I shop at Ulta anymore. You guys follow me around the store like I’m gonna steal something. If I ask a question on a product all you wanna do is sell me something more expensive I’m just gonna buy everything on Amazon from now on.
