Stylist Mark did a fabulous job on my mid length long hair. I loved his gentle touch and knowledgeability. I love the way my color, cut, and style turned out. I was nervous going to a new person, but Mark allayed my fears, was easy to talk to, and he stayed right within the confines of what I wanted, while still giving his honest opinion. I was greeted genuinely and warmly by Brian at the front desk. Owner Jarrod does a skillful job at getting just the right professional people for the salon. Overall, coming to the salon was a great experience for me. I walked out looking fantastic and feeling nice and relaxed and pampered well!

Hmmm....while I like Udo as a hairstylist, this salon requires you to give your credit card number to "hold" your reservation. Why? Hate it when places do this and there is no reason for it. If people don't show.....well....that's just a part of doing business. And if you don't provide services, don't think you can charge my credit card. This is the first time I've been asked to provide my credit card info. so I am very unhappy.
