I highly recommend a haircut and styling with Lucy! She was a great listener, very efficient, and so kind.

I had an appointment scheduled for 130. Thirty minutes before my appointment I get a text saying she was running 45 minutes to an hour behind. Unfortunately I had already left my house.I decided to go ahead and wait. By 2:45 still waiting. The girl I had appointment with never acknowledged me or gave me the choice to R/S or continue waiting. By this time I was pretty upset and decided my time was worth more and left. She did text me after I left but it was too late by that time. I’m in customer service and if I wanted new clients I would certainly acknowledge my client and give the choice to stay or R/S. I would have bent over backwards to make the client happy. So she loses a new client and potential referrals. I work in marketing and have lots of interaction with people that live out of town and ask for recommendations for salons, the salon won’t be one I’ll recommend.
