Francesco gave my girlfriend highlights and persistently tried to up-sell her with additional products and hair masks any chance available. Like an auto shop always saying there’s something more your car needs, he said her hair needs. My girlfriend eventually agreed to a “free hair mask / replacement for conditioner” and was charged an additional $40 at checkout. An additional $65 charge was attempted for a take-home mask which she never agreed to. She felt cheated out of her money. The highlights came out nice though.

If you don't know them Don't walk in unprepared. I did that and got the very beginner 'haircutter' and that was difficult and really my hair is very basic. However the lady realize she was struggling and ask some help to what's seemed to be the manager who did better. So to conclude unless you know them, don't go! Or you'll end up with the barbershop student ????

He was very helpful and guided me in what would best be needed for my hair. Never tried to upsale me in anything I was not wanting to buy. Very friendly and helpful. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring
