I just had my hair done at rocios and over the phone she told me she would charge me 70- $75 to touch up my highlights and my hair color. When she was done my hair, it was bright blonde which was not silver like I requested, she stared me in the face and said look at it it's silver and I told her how can you say this is silver when it's bright blonde, this is what I told you I did not want. She said, my work is good and I told her this has nothing to do with your work it's just not the right color that I asked you for. We argued back and forth, I hardly have any hair and her having to re tint it was going to damage my hair even further, once she put the toner on my hair to make it silver as I requested from the beginning, she told me sorry for the bad experience. My hair finally came out a bluish Gray. When I went to pay her she wanted to charge me $95 why would I have to pay $95 because she screwed up!! she said that she told me it would be more once she started doing it, she told me
