Brought my grandson to have his hair cut by the best in the business. Masa cut both of my sons back in the early 80's
Very disappointed. Made an appointment 2 days ago, showed up to my hair appointment 30 minutes early because I believe in being on time and or early. {common courtesy} Long story short, seemed that no one told Rosa she had a haircut appt. @ 10am. I don't think I would have been as upset/disappointed if I wasn't already suffering tremendous pain and not had it taken everything I had to get ready for this appointment as I am disabled. I was excited to get my haircut as it has been almost 2 years since the last cut due to Covid. Maybe Masa could have a better communication with the stylists there as you never know what struggles someone goes through just to walk through your front door.
Very nice service quality for my simple haircut. Very helpful to call and make appointment before going there. Affordable price!
