Bella Mar Day Spa and Salon

It's been 10 years since I've been at this place and I hope they have improved . Going there was one of the worst experiences of my life. They keep sending me emails so I finally decided to write a review. I treated myself to one of their high-end facials which was very expensive and the owner/ manager at the time did it herself. She talked on the phone the entire time to a friend or to other people in the salon. It was not a very relaxing experience. She rushed the facial and tried to cut corners by giving me an Express facial ,which left out three or four steps I had paid for. I brought this to her attention and she did do one of the masks that was included but left out the special moisturizers Etc. She also tried to steam my face but couldn't get the steamer to work. What kind of high-end Salon would not have a steamer that worked! They were also supposed to do extractions and she did a few around my nose and that was it. Then there was the eyebrow waxing. Loved Nellie and Sean! Scheduled hair and makeup for my 17 year old, and a facial with reflexology for myself... If I'd known they were a one- stop-shop, we would have done our Manis and Pedis here as well ???? Hint get down that way but a few times a year, but we'll be back!

Honestly, the worst haircut I have ever received. Uneven, stark "layers" so blunt they looked stacked. I am fixing it myself. Shampoo or conditioner left in my hair, very rushed... extremely unhappy. I will never go back and I do not recommend Service: Haircut
