I always feel really special after being at Citizen! Their space is cozy, SO clean, cute, and spacious. The stylists are all very friendly and inviting. I always have my hair done by Lauren Norris and love the results. Her bayalage is beautiful, and she really takes the time and effort to make sure it’s exactly what you want! Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Balayage
I loved the experience here. This was the best haircut I have ever gotten and I have scheduled highlights for next time. Mary Elizabeth was so nice and professional, she is great! The salon is so cute and well decorated.
Absolutely fantastic place, so glad I found them! Called last minute and was lucky to get an appointment within a couple days. Even more lucky, I got Ruby as my stylist! I have now found my stylist for the remainder of my time in Oceanside. Highly recommend… relaxing atmosphere and outstanding, attentive service.
