VAN IS THE MAN! Skin fade, trim the top is my go-to style. Van always does it well. He's fast and efficient, and he gives a nice tight haircut. Van at Top Cut is one of the only shops that not only still takes walk-ins but also its good value. Every other barber shop is appointment only and charging $50+ for a cut. I don't need the barber with the sleeve tats, I don't need the whiskey and fancy pomade. I just want to straight forward quick cut. Van delivers every time. Also, bring cash! (Someone at another barber college on telegraph ave messed up with my hair cut) but lady working at Top Cut barber Salon she fixed my hairs and gave me a new look.
