Moods Beauty Bar

*UPDATE...New Review* ☹️ ( You can view the picture on Yelp ) I went to moods beauty bar on may 22,2021 for a 12:30 appointment to get a trim for my fro. Lawanna did it and it was bad. it's uneven and scraggly as you can see by the picture. the back looks the same way where I had a tuff of hair at the nape of my neck that grew out longer than other areas in the back and she didn't even it out, or even ask me if I wanted it evened out.( And yes I did want it evened out). she did not give me a lineup either. That was my second visit to moods beauty bar and the first visit was a great experience.Lawanna did it. I got a precision cut it with a precision lineup.It looked very professional and sharp. I did not get the shampoo because I just asked her very the phone when I scheduled my appointment if I can just have the cut when I called in back in November 2020 and Lawanna said yes. the shampoo lady it's very heavy-handed where I literally had to tell her to ease up. the chair sits very low

My appointment was at 3:00pm. I watched two ladies leave before me who came at 3:30 and 5:00pm. After seating there for 3 hours I was only washed and blow dried. After being promised I was going to be next the stylist Lawanda told the other lady to wash another lady who came in at 5:00pm. At that point I became very frustrated so I left. Not sure if this is a regular routine but for a first timer. Not a good look ! Service: Hairstyling
