I received the worst hair cut of my life here! They destroyed my hair. The layers are choppy and uneven. My hair looks awful! I literally NEED hair extensions now to cover up this style. I can't believe that I still paid them for this. I will never , ever tell anyone to go here. I tell them to stay away. I think this is an exclusive saloon and some types of people will not be treated well here. I absolutely hate my hair. Service: Hairstyling

My first time in, Irena actually listened to what I wanted, helped me select a color and I have NEVER been happier with the results. It's been nearly 3 weeks since I had it done and it looks like it was done yesterday! I absolutely love it! What an artist! Services: Hairstyling, Brow lamination

Not satisfied with this place we couldn't understand each other had to use a translation app and my hair looks way different then what I asked for and she burned my head i made an appointment for me and my daughter to have it done at the same time but it was only 1 girl who couldn't speak English bouncing back and forth between me and my daughter we had an appointment for 10:30 and we're there till 7:30 pm and paid $800.00 bucks i wouldn't recommend this place oh ya she didn't even brush mine out afterwards i had to it myself. Be careful people she didn't even offer a discount or offer to fix it nothing. It just goes to show you that they are not all licensed and professional there. Better business Bureau will be notified. So now its months Later and my hair is fried as well as so much hair falling out I can't believe just how bad this experience was and still is , just an FYI to everyone who has long thick or even thin I wouldn't recommend going here because they just want to over
