Quite simply, a terrific salon! You can easily tell all the employees get along well and create a very positive vibe. Lori does an amazing job every time...she is a very talented stylist! Due to Covid-19 and stay at home orders, I went almost four months without a haircut. I knew my hair had turned into quite a project. A project which some stylists might have refused to take on but Lori came through like a champion. She was able to successfully fix my broken, sloppy hair and help me look much more presentable. Thank you Lori.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I walked in to make an appointment in person, and I had never been so I didn’t know the process. I asked how long the wait would be for the next opening, and one of the hairdressers told me, “Well, we only do appointments, not walk ins so I don’t know what to tell you.” They didn’t make any effort to tell me when the next available time would be and told me I had to log in to Instagram and pick a hairdresser I liked. I don’t care about any of that stuff, I just wanted a haircut. Honestly, this place puts so much effort into appearing high end and boujee, they completely neglect customer service. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I recommend the hair salon Hair Bellissimo, which has incredibly nice people who were able to fit me in right away and did a great job with my hair.
