Their stylists are nice but that's not enough for a good result. on my first appointment they wanted to cancel it, because the stylist didn't come to work. Then they scheduled me with someone else on the same day. I told I want balayage and want to cover my grays, she said this tone is difficult with your dark hair; I said ok and asked for a different color and tone. she said I can't do this let me ask our color specialist! I explained again. At the end they didn't cover my grays at all, I had 4-5 shades on my hair; my natural, light brown, dark brown, red, orange, blond, and my grays. I called the next day to go fix it, and had to follow up again and again. They gave an appointment for the following week. On my way for the follow up they called again to cancel because they had power outage, (I had an important event the next day). Long story short, they wanted to charge me minimum $400 extra to fix the mess, I said no an they just applied more toner. The result wasn't even close to wh
