Booked mani/pedi with my daughter for her bday without seeing this place. The pedi chairs were horrible thrones (no massage chairs here) feet in buckets with the water spout digging into calf. Feet at an angle that my feet kept slipping to the end and jamming my toes into the sides of bucket. Knees higher than my lap, not a comfortable position. Girl kept twisting my foot in odd positions to make it better for her to paint my toes, even popping my pinky toe out of joint. I had to stop her to pop it back in. Asked for gel polish but got regular, then the manager argued with me when i didnt want to pay for gel. It was thier miscommunication between someone who didn't understand English. Primo cost for the bougee decoration but service and comfort was ghetto.

I recently moved from SoCal and desperately needed a new salon for pedicures. I chose sapphire from yelp reviews and had a wonderful experience. I found a beautiful interior, attentive staff, good assortment of nail colors and reasonable prices. They don't have massage chairs if that's an issue for you. I had the first morning appointment and there were already five staff members there. I will return.
