Haircut Design

My stylist didn't use scissors, only a razor. A little strange for me, but the resulting haircut came out nice and has recieved several compliments. Very good price.

My daughter went last week to ask how much they would charge to dye her hair with partial highlights. She showed Gloria her hair & picture of what she was looking to get done and informed her not once but 3 times that her hair had burgundy dye. Gloria told her that it was fine and that she can do it for her . Today, 3/6 she went to get her hair done, she showed her a picture again of how she wanted it before she got started. After leaving bleach on her hair for what seemed to be a while my daughter’s hair turned pink, and she said that she would try to fix it in which she didn’t AT ALL , it then turned out orange , a color she didn’t ask for. Overall she was not happy with her hair and on top of that she over charged her . I wasn’t present to tell her, however I did call her to ask for money back and she hung up on me. Gloria is unprofessional and I would not recommend this place at all.
