Brittany Kuhn-Smith charged me $1,565.00 for two sets of sew-in extensions. I texted her pictures of how bad they looked to see if she could do anything to fix them and make them look better however, I never heard back from her. I had to go to the beauty store and buy a set of clip-on extensions to make them look descent. Brittany and Bella Capellini SalónSpa lost three clients that day. Service: Hair extensions
Due to closures where I live, I ventured to Napa for a perm and trim. First of all the salon is lovely and there are many items to look at (necklaces, earrings etc). The staff could not have been any nicer. I lost my reading glasses and they did their best to give me ideas on where I might find new ones...My appointment was with Lisa. She is FANTASTIC and gave me one of the best perms that I have ever had. My hair is very soft and the curl is perfect!!! Not to mention she was such a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend Lisa and this salon. Wonderful place!
excellent service. However they do need someone at the reception desk who will be promptly awaiting clients before leaving. I had to wait to pay. I could have just walked out.
