I love this gorgeous space and everyone I interact with is extremely friendly. A very welcoming and warm place! My stylist is Missy. I have very long thick hair that I’m in love with, I asked her to texturize it and I’m in LOVE with how great it looks even many weeks later. She did a great job, I took my 13 year old to get blonde highlights and she looks absolutely beautiful. Missy is a total sweetheart and is fun to have conversation with, and if I’m feeling a bit quiet she picks up on my mood and does a great job of keeping the environment relaxed. If you’re looking for a stylist, I recommend Missy! :)

I will never come back. It was a complete waste of time and money. It costed me almost $70 for a simple hairstyle. I just wanted my hair curled and it took her three attempts and almost 2 hours and a can of hairspray. My hair felt like glue and the curls feel out literally during the car ride home so about 20 mins. The process was also not pleasant. She kept ripping my hair and pulling it so hard my scalp was sore after. It is like she didn’t want to take the time to comb it. She was also drinking coffee while the iron was burning my hair. Jessica was recommended to me by my mother and she will also not be going back because she butchered her bangs. Overall not great. I should have known. You would think a “professional” hairstylist could curl your hair. Oh well I learned my lesson. Service: Hairstyling

I decided to try a lash lift before trying lash extensions. I was very excited to try Chelsea since I love Ricadonna salon for my hair services. Chelsea was very nice and walked me through the procedure. She explained the rules of not getting my lashes wet for 48 hours. When it was initially completed, it looked ok, although one eye's lashes were way higher than the other. Chelsea explained it would even out and that she guarantees her work 100%. She said she would follow up with me. After 2-3 days my lashes were straight again. I texted Chelsea the following week to let her know since she never followed up. She said that this has never happened before and I must have gotten them wet. I let her know i absolutely did not get them wet, I was very careful and only used make up wipes to clean my face and not get my lashes wet. I work from home so I had no need to apply makeup. She finally said that she would redo them. When I went in to have them redone, she wasn't as nice as the first tim
