Not respectful of your appointment time. I set up two appointments at the same time for me and my daughter and on our way there we received a text that the appointment time had changed for one of the appointments. I’m not sure if they double booked or what happened, but I had to wait two hours to get my nails done. Also, it’s way overpriced for the work that they do. Tina does a good job and my daughter likes her work that’s why we went a few times before this happened. Will no be going back. Thuy is rude and acts like she’s doing you a favor when you are paying for a service.
After making an appointment for my mother to have an Essential Mani for $17, the manicurist Vi, was trying to add more services. It took several times to let her know that my mom didn't want more. I was settling the bill, Vi said she gave my mom an added treatment and wanted $5 more dollars! Very unprofessional experience here. The receptionist heard what was going on and apologized to us when we walked out. Service: Manicure
Ruby is nice and fast! She has been doing nails for a long time! Recommend an appointment.
