Unprofessional and overpriced (almost $600). I’ve been going since Aug-Sept with Dani so expectations were clear. I wanted to match my roots with silver and dark brown however I ended up with dark gray, light brown, and pieces of blonde. After an 8hr day for the color removal and 5hr day for the “brown and silver” I wasn’t happy with the end result. Dani told me the silver would lighten after washing it. When it didn’t I messaged her with no reply for 2 days so I messaged again to see if she received my message. She replied she doesn’t work Sundays and my hair needs healing time. I replied after the healing time can it be fix to what I want and again have yet to receive a response back. For that much money and time I expect to like the end results or have it redone to my liking free of charge. Very disappointing and upsetting experience! Wouldn’t recommend at all!
