Updated entry: $27 for a regular cut. Then what about to blow dry your hair so you don't walk out with partially wet hair? $23. $50 in total for an appointment that lasted under 20 minutes. Then a couple days later you notice the inside of the hairline is very uneven making you question the "cosmotologist's" Jessica's credentials. While I now understand Supercuts no longer includes shampooing + blow drying with the haircut (with different rates from each store), that does not excuse the employee from envading answering the question of what the extra charge entailed at the time (2 times I asked and I got a non answer with her eager to throw the receipt away). Nor does the store display every single price just the main haircut services. It is such a shame this place is no longer a more affordable option if you need a simple cut and don't want to pay salon prices. I called this morning at 9 to make an appt the girl I talked to was very ugly So it was at 930 appt. As soon as I walked in there was two girls Andrea and Jennie. They weee both working on hairs. I told Andrea that I have an appt She came unglued on me “I’m working on someone hair and I been interrupted 5 times already” and I’m going to have to wait she went on and on. I said I’m just checking in So after all that she was done with her client and talked to Jennie in Spanish I don’t want to cut his chair and told Jennie to do it by that time I was angry So Jennie came and got us and a little after that Andrea took the other guy for a haircut So I was furious what she did ok So when we were done I got my husband and pushed him away because he’s in a wheelchair I stopped and told Andrea you have a blessed day.
