Streaks Salon

Purchased my wife a gift card in October for her Birthday. She called to make an appointment and they said they would call her back with some availability. We had an upcoming trip, and she wanted it done prior.( A week or so in advance should have been enough I would have thought.) A few days went by, and no call back. She called again and they said the same thing. Another day goes by and then I call. NOTHING . Same answer. She went somewhere else at this stage. We forgot about it and now it's December. I went in and asked for a refund. The woman behind the counter did not seemed surprised, like it happens all the time. Told me they were short staffed, the workers are self employed and it really comes down to them accepting the job or not etc etc... Excuse after excuse. They offered to schedule her now (really! ?) or refund the $. We opted for the $ in full. Really piss poor service and business model at this place. No accountability for the services they provide and customer service i

I won't do any shopping there because she dosen't stand behind her merchandice. The clientel is an up scale type. The only reason I keep going is because of family.
