Jen May has some major talent. Very skilled at what she does. Throughout the process of coloring and cutting my hair, she kept checking on me to be sure it was what I was wanting and how I was feeling about it. Even when I was fine, she said come back if you feel it should be lighter. She asked me to be very honest about my needs and if I was satisfied. I love the color, the layers, and the conditioning treatment she did. She also gave me several tips on caring for my hair. She is fun too and has great energy!
