Mosaic Salon

After speaking to the lady that does the massage, I had to cancel my groupon and get my money back.

Bought a 90 min massage on groupon with misty. Called last week and left a message to be booked. No call back. This week I call again and no same thing. Leave message and no answer. I called the salon (which in her own ad said not to do) and had the salon receptionist get a hold of her. Finally get a hold of her. Claims her friend was "shot in the streets" this week and was busy. Then I told her I called last week and left a message. She proceeds to tell me I dont check my messages and have texted everyone back. Yeah no thanks. I bought this groupon for dirt cheap @$43. Had groupon refund my money because lets be honest....she's not worth $43 for 90 minutes.

I have the most wonderful Stylist (Harriett) at Mosiac Salon. She is excellent with color & haircuts. I have been going to her for about 15 years. My daughter & Granddaughter also go to her. She's very current & up to date on styles, etc. She has made me look beautiful for years. I always feel great after she does my hair. She's the best!!!
