It made me nervous trying a new hair stylist but Kendra was amazing. Not only is my color on point, my haircut and style is amazing. Jolene did a wonderful job on my hair. She is very knowledgeable. I came in not really knowing what exactly it was that I wanted. I really appreciated her sitting down with me and showing me all of options. She knew what the healthiest way was to get my dark brown hair to blonde. She was upfront and honest about what the result would look like and what the process would be. She is a skilled worker and makes the process of highlighting look like art. She was very thorough with my hair and pays extreme attention to detail. She is also friendly, patient, and funny. If you are looking to get any hair service done, I would recommend coming here. It was my first time here today & it was such a good experience. I had Christina do my hair, just a simple trim, layering, and face framing. She was very gentle and sweet. I will absolutely be coming here again. We (3 girls) came in as walk-ins today, and they quickly accommodated us. So many places nowadays don't do walk-ins, or they make you feel like an inconvenience when you ask to be seen as a walk-in, but that really wasn't the case here at Luster. They also offered snacks and water, which made my 7 year old very happy. lol
