This place went so down hill after Efrain left :( he was the only good hairdresser in this place Services: Hairstyling, Balayage

I have visited Juanita's about two times in the past and they have done a well enough job, no complaints. I had made an apt and when i got there i ended up waiting longer than an hour. this to me tells me the level of their professionalism and at this time I'm no longer impressed. if you make an apt MAKE SURE they don't get "confused" and you are taken near the time of your apt. i work in customer service so i know how it works, but i believe nobody should have to deal with this much wait. They didn't even check their appointment list, such a shame. Don't think I'll be coming back here again.
