Carmen's beauty hair studio

First time coming into this Salon which was empty. Carmen the owner didn’t even greet me. She just stared at me as I walked into the salon and didn’t even greet me like a professional. She was very rude and had this horrible arrogant attitude. You would think the owner of all people would be friendly but no! She quoted me almost $300 to do my already lightened hair which is absurd for someone who has zero clients. Overall I won’t be returning. Rude, unprofessional, hardly speaks English so you can’t communicate what you want to her, & very strange over all. Please fix your attitude if you want new customers. Not returning or recommending!

I highly recommend Carmen's Beauty Hair Studio. I had made an appointment with another salon, which had confirmed my appointment twice (once when I made the appointment and again the day before my appointment). When I made the appointment I let them know I was going out of town. Well 2 hours before my appointment, the girl called me and said she couldn't do my hair, could we reschedule for the following week. I was in a panic to get my hair done and every other place I called didn't have any appointments until after I got back into town. Thank heavens for Maria...she was able to do my hair that day at it came out fantastic. I will continue going to Carmen's to have my hair done. Her shop may not be big and fancy but it is very clean and comfortable. Service: Balayage
