I'm not a local residence but have been staying in the area for over a month and was in desperate need of a hair wash and condition. I found this place from a goggle search. I would have done better washing my hair in the kitchen sink. Prices are Hi-end for some unknown reason. Products are dollar store/drugstore grade, suite is dated, service is unprofessional and skill set is sub-par. I was not satisfied with my hair blow dry and asked if she could do a straight blow since I still had to flat iron mt hair at home. Also my hair still felt damp on my neck. She became upset and did not know what I meant by blow dry straight. There seemed to be a lack of passion for her craft and no interest to improve or learn. She told me how long she has done hair and she always does it that way. I paid 50 dollars and will admit I did not tip. The service does not reflect pricing. I definitely would not recommend for wash and blow dry. Service: Blowouts

My boyfriend had half his hair braided half trim. It was $180. When he got in the car he said she was making racist comments about me everytime I stepped out. Saying he liked light skinned girls, this was extremely uncomfortable for him and unprofessional on her end. I could care less what people say about me but this lady had no problem taking my money. We've never paid over $100 to get the same braids. Do your research before coming

I enjoyed my time, they took me in last minute and still got my hair done that day. It was done beautifully too. It didn’t feel heavy or not look full. It was light, clean, and completed my features. I just loved it!! Thank you for making y NOLA trip! ????
