Lotus Nails Spa Mission Viejo

Update: Upgrading to 4-stars because the owner contacted me and refunded the cost of my manicure. Thank you! Dipped powder manicure ripped off within a week. The good: I was visiting from out of town and hadn't had time to get my nails done before traveling. (I get dipped powder manicures at my home salon every two weeks.) I called Lotus at opening, and they were able to accommodate my daughter and me the same morning that I called. My 11yo daughter bites and picks at her nails. The sweet lady who worked with her was both good with children and managed to make my daughter's terrible nails look much better than I thought possible. The bad: A new-to-the-salon lady did my manicure. There was obviously a problem with one of the clear brush-on liquids (whatever they brush on before each layer of dipping the nails), and the powder adhered in clumps. There was some discussion between the nail tech and the lady I assume was the manager/owner about cleaning the brush vs continuing and making

Always a wonderful experience, from the moment you walk in the door. In addition anytime I call I am able to get an appointment with my favorite girl Jasmine. Also just seeing the ladies clean after every guest leave is a plus and not to mention how lovely it is to relax to Peter playing live music. This place is the best I highly recommend you check them out.
